A unique book of the festival "(Sozvezdiye) Constellation -Yoldyzlyk" presented in Kazan

The presentation of a commemorative book of the Annual Open Youth Television Festival of Pop Art "Constellation-Yoldyzlyk" took place today in the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan. The unique work was published thanks to the support of President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and is timed to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the large-scale festival movement, as well as the achievement of the festival's indicator - the millionth participant.
The meeting was opened by chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Zilya Valeeva, who during her work as Deputy Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan (2002 - 2012) was also chairman of the organizing committee of the Sozvezdiye-Yoldyzlyk festival.
The event was also attended by: Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Marat Bariev; First Deputy Minister for Youth Affairs of Tatarstan Timur Suleimanov; Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Natfullin; Dmitry Tumanov, general producer of the Sozvezdiye-Yoldyzlyk festival movement; Nuria Khashimova, Executive Director of the Foundation for Supporting Development of Culture under President of the Republic of Tatarstan; chairman of the festival jury, people's artist of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, laureate of the State Award named after G. Tukay, professor of the Kazan State Conservatory named after Zhiganov Zilya Sungatullina and other invited guests.
In her speech, Zilya Valeeva thanked the organizers of the Sozvezdiye-Yoldyzlyk festival for successful organization of a large-scale festival movement in Tatarstan. She stressed that this project became possible thanks to the support of the first President of Tatarstan, State Counselor of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev and President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
“We have given the name“ Constellation ”to the endless sky of children's creativity in order to“ light ”new stars on it every year. Good luck, success, and let there be even more stars in this sky to everyone who is involved in this, ”said Zilya Valeeva, after which she handed a letter of gratitude from Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan to general producer of the festival“ Constellation-Yoldyzlyk ”Dmitry Tumanov.
“The book of the festival“ Constellation-Yoldyzlyk ”is the only edition of its kind. It was created on the principle “nobody is forgotten, nothing is forgotten”. "Constellation-Yoldyzlyk" is a huge project and, if not for the support of each individual citizen of Tatarstan, it would not have taken place. The powerful festival movement became possible thanks to the support of republic's leadership, heads of municipal districts, philanthropists, teachers and, of course, parents of our wonderful children. This book is a monument to the great spiritual work and the “golden” hearts of Tatarstan, to people who think about the future of children who develop according to the traditions of the great multinational people of Russia, ”said Dmitry Tumanov, general producer of the festival, laureate of the Russian Government Prize in the field of culture.
Separately, he thanked the staff of Office of the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and State Councilor of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev for their support in creating a unique publication.
“In general, this book is a monument to the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin to create and strengthen civil society institutions. Because, as our President says, “a strong Russia can be only when we have strong civil institutions,” D. Tumanov stressed.
He said that the memorable book "Constellation-Yoldyzlyk" has already been presented to Vladimir Putin and Rustam Minnikhanov. Having received it, President of Tatarstan stressed that such a book should be kept in the museum of the Kazan Kremlin. “This book contains a huge work of teachers, parents and our young talents. Thank you for such a wonderful gift, ”Rustam Minnikhanov noted.
The book "Constellation-Yoldyzlyk" was published in a circulation of 1 thousand copies. The huge, A3 format, 780-page edition contains a huge amount of text and photographic material from more than 20 years of the history of the festival movement.
In addition to photographs, reports on all festivals for the period from 2000 to 2018 are posted - all winners, Grand Prix holders in all nominations. Teachers and representatives of the jury have their say about the festival. The floor was given to people, without whom no festival would have taken place - the leaders of the republic, who always support the small but active team "Constellation-Yoldyzlyk" Festival guests share their impressions of the grandiose holiday of childhood, and these impressions are only ecstatic.
The book contains a section dedicated to the career of gifted children - the winners of the festival, entering the best cultural institutions and theatrical universities of the country. All this thanks to the help of the republic's leadership.
Let us recall that the festival "Constellation-Yoldyzlyk", which this year celebrates its 20th anniversary, is held in Tatarstan under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and under auspices of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO.
