Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan visited cultural facilities in the Atninsky municipal district
Upon arrival in the district, the minister was met by head of the Atninsky municipal district, Gabdulakhat Khakimov. First of all, a delegation visited the Atninsky State Drama Theater after G. Tukay. It is worth noting that for most of its history, it existed in the status of a national amateur, and received the status of a state professional in 2011. This is the only theater of this rank in Tatarstan located in a village.
On the spot, a meeting was held with the theater staff and cultural workers of the region. Further visits to the theater after the pandemic were discussed. We remind that during the quarantine, the performances of the Atninsky Theater were available online, but now work is underway to attract people directly to view the performances in the theater building.

The opening is scheduled for September 11 this year. During the renovation, the roof, window openings, entrance lobbies, doors, bathrooms, utility networks, facade repairs, finishing repairs were carried out, blind areas around the building were restored.
There are 10 club formations in the SDK (rural house of culture): the choreographic group "Yashlek", the vocal group "Gulәr ile", the theater group "Balachak", the family club "Gaila uchagy", the club of veterans "Asyltash", the club of board games fans, vocal groups "Behetle balachak" , "Sandugach" and "Kyzyksynuchylar", the club association for young men "Conference", the Bolshemenger folk theater.
The House of Culture also encloses the Bolshemengerskaya Rural Library, which has more than 10 thousand copies. and is in great demand among local residents.
The next object of the visit of the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan was the Atninsky Regional Museum of Local Lore, located in the building of the merchant Dautov's manor. "The manor of the merchant Dautov" is one of the few surviving old buildings of the wooden architecture of the Zakazania. All buildings were completed in 1895. - the beginning of the XX century. This complex was included in the architectural and cultural heritage of the Republic of Tatarstan. The museum is still under construction and is not open to visitors.
At the end of the meeting, the minister inspected the mosque built in 1769 in the village. Nizhny Bereske. It was built a year earlier than the first Kazan stone mosque "Al Marjani" after the famous decree of Catherine II, allowing the Tatars to build stone mosques, and is the oldest stone mosque in the republic. Work aimed at restoring the mosque with a 250-year history is already underway.
