JSC «Tatneft» announces contest among professional painters of the Republic Tatarstan, dedicated to 70th anniversary of Tatarstan oil

JSC  «Tatneft» announces  contest among professional painters of the Republic Tatarstan, dedicated to 70th anniversary of Tatarstan oil.

Purposes of the contest:

-eternalizing memory of oilers-pioneers;

- continuation of traditions of 50-60 years painters for whom oil theme was a primary one;

- reflection of image of oilers of modern epoch;

- education of  interest and respect to profession of oiler among rising generation;

- propaganda and demonstration of creative achievements of Tatarstan professional painters in reflecting history of oil recovery and present day of the company   «Tatneft»;

- maintenance of painters, working in best traditions of classic picture art.

Contest works are accepted  in  3-nominations:

-painting  (plot-thematic canvases, telling about history of oil recovery, portrait, epic landscape);

- graphic arts (genre, portrait);

- decorative-applied art.

Contest is held in two stages:

I stage — work sketches are accepted in electronic format until March 29. The winners get right to participate in the following stage and are informed by the org-committee on time until April 5.

II stage — finished works are presented until June 28.
