In Apastovo, in early August, the opening of the regional house of culture will take place after major repairs
The object was overhauled at the expense of the republican budget. The site is now undergoing final preparations for the opening.
In the building built in 1977, the heating system was updated, the windows were replaced. In six months, the contractors strengthened the foundation, repaired the seams, replaced windows, electricity and water supply systems, and repaired the roof. Outside and inside the building, finishing work was carried out, the area around was landscaped, and modern equipment and furniture for the classrooms were purchased.
New in the house of culture is the auditorium with more than 300 new chairs, a screen and a modern 3 D digital projector were installed here. Now residents of Apastovo will be able to watch new films on the big screen without having to go to Kazan specifically for this.
Thanks to the new layout, it was possible to expand the area for circle classes. The workers cleared and tidied up the basement of the building, where they equipped an additional room for classes. During the warm season, rehearsals can now also be held on the new cozy terrace on the roof of the building. Today, 15 club formations are operating in the Regional House of Culture, which are attended by 427 people. Vocal ensembles, drama circles and choreographic groups work here. For the convenience of the latter, shower cabins with boilers were installed during the overhaul.
Now people with disabilities will also be able to visit the renovated cultural center, the building was equipped with a ramp, railings and a special toilet, a call button appeared at the entrance.
Repairs, including renovation of furniture and equipment, were allocated 74 million rubles from the republican budget.
In total, in 2020 in the Republic of Tatarstan, it is planned to build 17 and overhaul 37 rural houses of culture for a total amount of more than 707 million rubles.
