On the International Children's Day, the White Wing All-Russian Charity Children's Festival kicked off

June 20 starts accepting applications for the All-Russian charity creative children's festival “White Wing”. Orphans and children without parental care, from 3 to 19 years old, are invited to participate.

The festival will be held in such nominations as: "acting", "versification", "fine art", "photo art".

Participating cities will be Moscow (Moscow Region), Vladivostok (Primorsky Territory), Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan), Simferopol (Republic of Crimea), Irkutsk (Irkutsk Region), Chelyabinsk (Chelyabinsk Region), Kemerovo (Kemerovo Region), Krasnoyarsk (Krasnoyarsk Region) ) and St. Petersburg (Leningrad region).

The first stage of the festival will be held in online format (from 20.06.2020 to 01.09.2020). Participants will need to fill out questionnaires on the website www.whitewing.children and upload materials (photos and videos) in the categories: "acting", "versification", "fine art" and "photo art" for subsequent popular voting on a public website.

In the framework of the second stage (from September 1, 2020), the results of the popular vote will be summarized and the participants with the maximum number of votes will be selected.

At the third stage (from September 3, 2020 to October 25, 2020), the organizing team will travel to the cities of participants to conduct in-person castings.

Applications for participation in the children's creative festival will be accepted until September 1, 2020 on the website www.whitewing. Children.

The Competition Jury will determine three prizes in each nomination. Winners will be awarded with diplomas and valuable gifts. For talented young people who won prizes at the festival, special conditions will be provided for entering the leading universities of Russia.

The semi-finals and finals of the White Wing project will be held in St. Petersburg on October 18, 2020, and on October 20, 2020, an awarding ceremony will take place.

After the end of the project, on April 1, 2021, a gala  dinner will be held in Moscow. A performance will be shown at the event, in which the winners of the White Wing festival will participate along with media people. As part of the gala dinner, poems “The Young Poet” will be read, as well as an auction with the works of winners of art and photo exhibitions “The World Through My Eyes”. Representatives of the public and the media will be invited to the event.

The organizers of the festival are: “Talented People” Autonomous Non-profit Organization in the field of culture and art with the assistance of “Assisting in the realization of human potential” non-profit organization represented by the President of the Culture for Life Center for International and Cultural and Business Cooperation.
