The international festival Johann Sebastian Bach is traditionally held in March and is dedicated to the birthday of one of the most famous composers in the world. This year, the music world celebrates the 335th anniversary of the birth of a baroque master and a brilliant improviser, whose name has become a true symbol of musical art.
We remind that the festival opened on March 9 in the State Grand Concert Hall named after S. Saidashev with a solemn program composed of compositions for solo organ and accompanied by orchestra. Before the Kazan performed People's Artist of Russia Rubin Abdullin and Chamber Orchestra of the Kazan Conservatory. The German conductor Leo Kremer, with whom the creative collective of the university have been working for more than 30 years, stood behind the conductor’s stand. The next day, March 10, this program was presented at one of the main concert stages in Russia - in the Great Hall of the Conservatory in Moscow as part of the organ subscription of the Moscow Conservatory.
This Friday, the second concert of the Bach festival will take place at the S. Saidashev State Concert Hall. Artists will perform in an empty room, viewers can enjoy the performance of musicians online on the S. Saidashev GBKZ website: http://gbkz-rt.ru/ and completely free. The concert program will consist entirely of the works by the great composer. The concert will be attended by teachers of the organ, harpsichord and harp department of the Kazan Conservatory: Rubin Abdullin, Elena Burundukovskaya, Lyudmila Kamelina, Veronika Lobareva, Ilsiyar Suleymanova, Karina Gorbanova, Farida Nurulloeva.
