President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the new exposition of the Museum-Memorial of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
We remind the Memorial Museum of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 was opened in 2005 on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Victory and is located in the former building of the Cadet School (part of the architectural ensemble of the Kazan Kremlin).
During today's seeing, Rustam Minnikhanov was informed that on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Victory, a new exposition had been created at the Memorial Museum on an area of 400 square meters. m. Here are materials on the military and labor exploits of the Tatarstan people, new exhibits received from war veterans and rear workers, search organizations. Genuine objects - witnesses and participants in the events - tell visitors to the museum about the exploits of our fellow countrymen.
The presentation of the new exposition took place on March 1, 2020 - with the participation of representatives of veteran and search organizations, the All-Russian military-patriotic youth movement "UNARMIA", teachers, students and schoolchildren.
