In 2020, a large-scale modernization of educational institutions for additional education of children is planned in the Republic of Tatarstan. Repair will be carried out in seven children's art schools located in Agryz, Zelenodolsk, Leninogorsk, Tсhistopol, the village of Pestretsy, the village of Apastovo, the village of Aktyubinsk (Aznakaevsky district). Also, the College of Music named after F.Z. Yarullin in Almetyevsk is included in the project. More than 138 million rubles will be allocated for updating these facilities. This was made possible thanks to the national project "Culture", initiated by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in order to increase visits to cultural organizations and create conditions for the creative implementation of citizens. “This is an absolutely unprecedented move. Today, thanks to the decision of the President of the Russian Federation, we have 3.4 billion rubles annually for the overhaul and reconstruction of children's art schools, ”said Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Yarilova during her speech at the VI Plenum of the Central Committee of the Russian Trade Union of Cultural Workers.
