On December 9, Kazan will announce the winners of the Idel-Yort Interregional Competition of Theater Groups
December 9 at 19.00 o’clock, in the Tatar State Academic Theater named after G. Kamal the awarding ceremony of the XIX Interregional competition of theater groups "Idel-Yort" named after Sh.Z. Zakirov will be held. The winners of the contest will be named that evening, the Grand Prix holder will be awarded a certificate in the amount of 1 million rubles on behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. The holiday will end with a show of the production of “Kyu Kyzlar” based on the play by Tazi Gizzat of the People’s Theater of the MBU “District House of Culture” of the Sarmanovsky District - winner of this year's Grand Prix.
We remind the annual Interregional competition of theater groups "Idel-Yort" named after Shamil Zinnurovich Zakirov is held with the aim of developing amateur theater creativity of the peoples of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Tatar people living in the territory of the Russian Federation.

This year, more than two thousand people from 250 theater groups took part in the competition.
