Round table takes place in RT Ministry of land and property jointly with representatives of religious organizations
Round table was held in RT Ministry of land and property aimed at rendering methodical assistance to the religious organizations on implementing Federal law as of 30.11.2010 № 327-ФЗ «On transfer of property of religious destination remaining in state or municipal property to religious organizations».
Chief of Kazan eparchy of Russian Orthodox church (Moscow patriarchy) Metropolitan Anastasy, first deputy Mufti of RT Abdulla hyazryat Adygamov, deputy RT minister of culture Persova Svetlana Glebovna and representatives RT President Department on interaction with religious associations of Territorial department of Federal agency on management of state property in the Republic of Tatarstan, Committee of land and property relations of Chistopolsky and Elabuga regions took part in the round table.
The round table considered the results of transfer of the objects of religious destination, remaining in property of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal property of Kazan, Elabuga and Chistopol municipalities. The actual problems were discussed arising at Kazan eparchy of Russian Orthodox Church (Moscow patriarchy) and Religious board of Tatarstan Muslims while accepting in property or free use of objects of religious destination within a framework of the above -mentioned law.

RT Ministry of land and property carried out transfer of ORD before accepting the law. In total, 106 ORD are in property of the Republic of Tatarstan, 41 of them were transferred in property of religious organizations before accepting the law, 12 for free use.
The round table paid a special attention to the objects of religious destination which are unowned.
