The IV International Forum takes place in Republic of Bolgaria

From October  22 – 25,  2012,  the IV International Bolgar forum under aegis of President of Bulgaria Rosen Plevneliev and support of the Ministry of culture of the Republic of Tatarstan   the Union of Bulgarian scientists  takes place the city of Varna

В работе форуме принимают участие RT State Counselor, Chairman of Organizing committee of the Forum Mintimer Shaimiev, Aide to RT President on social issues, executive director of the Republican Fund of reviving monuments of  RT history and culture Tatyana Larionova, RT Minister of culture      Airat Sibagarullin, President of RT Academy of sciences  Akhmet Mazgarov, director of Sh. Mardjani ASRT Rafael Khakimov,    director of institute of history KV(F)U Ramil  Khairutdinov and the group of prominent Tatarstan  scientists, historians and archeologists
