Today, in the Tauride Palace, within the framework of the VIII St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum, the sixth meeting of the working group of the State Council of the Russian Federation in the direction of "Culture" is being held.
The working group includes the heads of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, heads of subjects and heads of relevant regional ministries, State Duma deputies, and creative intelligentsia. Head of the working group is the Governor of the Samara region Dmitry Igorevich Azarov.
The key topics of this meeting are the formation of a single information space in the field of culture and participation of socially oriented non-profit organizations in the implementation of the national project "Culture".
The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova, being head of a subgroup on methodological support of activities in the field of culture, elaborated on such issues as methodology for calculating indicators of departmental statistics and the National project "Culture"; interaction of cultural organizations and educational institutions for implementation of cultural initiatives; a system of criteria for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the activity of a new type library (in November they opened in two regions of the republic - Kukmorsky and Zelenodolsky districts), etc.
Separately, Irada Ayupova noted the special role of socially oriented non-profit organizations in the framework of the cultural policy.
“The implementation of designs of the national project“ Culture ”is not possible only through the efforts of state and municipal cultural institutions. There should be sectoral, intersectoral interaction of various forms of ownership, ”she emphasized.
Today at the meeting it is also planned to take stock of the activities of the working group this year. Much attention will be paid to the formation of a culture of the public environment as a necessary element of comfortable living. Representatives of the regions of the Russian Federation will share their experience.
We remind that these days the 8th International Cultural Forum is being held in St. Petersburg, which brought together prominent Russian and foreign museum chiefs, directors, theater and ballet stars, musicians, artists, and cultural experts.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the forum program includes professional and public flows. In the sections "Theater", "Cinema", "Ballet and Dance" and others, symposia and briefings, conferences and round tables are held.
In today's forum program there is also a cycle of presentation and exhibition events aimed at the development and promotion of museums as part of national cultural and educational projects. The forum will end on November 16 with a final meeting.
At the business site, specialists in the field of culture and education, government officials, businessmen, heads of national and international organizations will be able to sign agreements and implement joint projects.
