Meeting with people’s artiste of the Republic Tatarstan Georgy Ibushev in musical salon «Jidegen chishmya» of RT National museum

On October 26,  2012, at 14.00, a meeting with  RT People’s artiste Georgy Ibushev is to be held in a conference hall  of RT National museum.

National museum of Tatarstan is known as one the largest  regional museums of Russia, storing collections, reflecting diversified culture of peoples of the region since ancient times  until present time. A big interest sparks a collection on history  and development of musical culture of the Republic Tatarstan  where musical instruments, memorial collections of musical figures, grammarphone records of leading performers are presented. Gathering and  documenting history of musical culture keeps going today also. This is painstaking and necessary work is one of directions of the activities of Musical salon   «Jidegen chishmya».

A regular meeting in a musical salon is dedicated to creativity of RT People’s artiste G.I. Ibushev. Materials on G. Ibushev  would fill  collections of the museum on section  «New and latest history of RT musical culture». 

The name of Georgy Ibushev, undoubtedly, may be placed in one line with the names of outstanding Tatar tenors: Fakhri Nasretdinov, Niyaz Dautov, Asat Abbasov, Haidar Bigichev. G. Ibushev’s  reperertoire is rich and various: opera arias, romances and songs of foreign authors and Russian composers and also Tatar and Russian folk songs, classic works. His creativity is a bright page in history of musical culture.

 The meeting to be attended  by chief of section of opera and chamber music of Tatar state philharmonics after G. Tukai, RT People’s artiste, professor of art department of the Volga area peoples  arts, PhD.  Lidia Akhmetova, music critic, RT Deserved  figure of arts Klara Tazieva, RT People’s artiste   Vladimir Varshavsky and others.
