According to the organizers, the competition was established with the aim of attracting active citizens, commercial and non-profit organizations to form a single socio-economic information portal of the international Open World Forum.
Projects can be presented in various areas, including culture and art, in the following categories:
Preferred areas of work are small business, organization of remote work, work that does not require long labor costs, hourly, creative and other types of work available without the need for long-term acquisition of special knowledge (possibly with short-term training, including online).
Important parameters of the projects: high demand for the results of work (goods, services) in the market; scalability and replicability; accessibility to participate; minimum starting capital.

Projects of winners (I place) and laureates (II and III places) in all nominations become priority ones presented within the framework of the Open World international forum abroad and are accompanied by Centers of MOOMMM up to attracting funding.
