On December 18-19, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the days of Uzbek cinema will be held at the Mir cinema. The program of film screenings includes 3 feature films and 2 documentaries: “Father’s House” (dir. Alexander Gamirov) - a film about the fate of an elderly person left alone in his own home; “Hazonrezgi” (“Details of the Autumn”, dir. Zulfikar Musakov) - a family melodrama about the difficulty of the life of the two beloved people; “Sarvkomat dilbarim” (dir. Sarvar Karimov) - a film made by the decree of the President of Uzbekistan based on the work of the same name by Chingiz Aitmatov “Topolek my, in red scarf”; The Word of Abay (dir. Shukhrat Makhmudov) - the story of the Kazakh poet Abay Kunanbayev; “Vatan ichra mujas Vatan” (dir. Bobur Yuldashev) is a film about the institute of self-government of citizens and its significance in the public life of the Uzbek people.
Within the framework of the Days of Uzbek Cinema, a delegation from Uzbekistan will visit Kazan, which will include director of the film “Father’s House” Alexander Gamirov and head of the international relations department Umidjon Zunnunov.
In 2019, the planned Days of Cinema of the Republic of Tatarstan in Uzbekistan are planned.
The opening of the Days of Uzbek cinema will take place on December 18 at 19:00 at the Mir cinema.
