On December 4, at 16:00, at the department of arts of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan, in the framework of the federal project “Theater Russia”, the film version of the World premiere of the play “Turgenev. Today!" will take place

“Turgenev. Today! ”Is a performance-dedication to Ivan Sergeevich Turgenev in honor of his 200th anniversary. The performance consists of several parts. The main one is the key episodes from the life of Turgenev, which influenced his works. The performance is based on the memoirs, letters and documents of the writer himself, his family, friends, colleagues and contemporaries.

Creativity I.S. Turgenev is a cultural heritage, to preserve and convey that is, above all, pride in the greatness of Russian literature, language and history. On this day, the film version of the performance viewers around the world will be able to see on more than 1000 screens in Russia and in the CIS countries, as well as in Spain, Italy, Poland, Latvia, Azerbaijan.
