The XI International Open Festival of Academic Solo Singing "Silver Voice" will be held in Moscow

This Regulation determines the procedure and regulations for    Moscow International Open Festival of Academic Solo Singing "Silver Voice" in 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the Festival).

The festival is held by the Moscow State Educational Establishment of State Educational Establishment "DSHI" (Children’s School of Art) Center "with the support of the Moscow Department of Culture and with the participation of public organizations and business partners.

The main principles of the Festival are: openness, transparency of assessment criteria, collegial decision-making, equality of conditions for all participants.

2019 is the anniversary year of the 20th anniversary of the Festival. The 20-year history of the Festival is filled with a variety of topics. The competition program - 2019 will combine the themes of all ten Festivals. Goals and objectives of the Festival

Objective: to identify, develop and support talented children and youth in the field of academic solo singing, preserving and developing the best national traditions of academic singing.
