October 13 on the square in front of the theater named after G. Kamal a holiday dedicated to the upcoming Year of Theater in Russia will be held

On October 13, at 11.00, a celebration dedicated to the upcoming Year of Theater in Russia will be held on the square in front of the Tatar State Academic Theater named after G.Kamal. The program of the event includes excerpts from the performances, a photo session with your favorite actors, prize draws, a street quest and much more. The event is organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan. We remind that earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree "On holding the Year of Theater in the Russian Federation."

The event will be opened by host of the event, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanis Ziganshin. People’s Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Luara Shakirzyanova will tell about the history of the Tatar theater, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, People’s Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Akhmetzyanov will read the poems by Gabdulla Tukay, young actors of the theater will play an excerpt from the poetic play “Still Float and Float the Clouds”, and the theater’s violinist Dina Zakirova  will play concert items.
