Meeting of the ensemble of dance "Kazan" at the airport of Tashkent
On October 2, a warm and solemn meeting of the Kazan dance ensemble took place at the Islam Karimov International Airport in Tashkent.
The meeting was attended by the Representation of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Republic of Uzbekistan, activists and youth of the Tatar public cultural and educational center of the city of Tashkent, the Tatar-Bashkir ensemble "Duslyk".
As part of the team, 50 people arrived from Kazan, headed by artistic director, People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Ch. R. Zakirova. During a tour, a collective of the Kazan ensemble will get acquainted with the tourist attractions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The long-awaited tour with the program “Dances of the Nations of the World” will be held in Uzbekistan from October 4 to 13 on the stages of the concert halls of the cities of Bukhara (4 October), Navoi (5 October), Samarkand (6 October) and Tashkent (12 and 13 October).
The previous, the first tour of the ensemble in the cities of Uzbekistan took place in 2011, which left positive emotions in the hearts of grateful Uzbek audience.
The current tour will take place at the request of the Tatar Diaspora of Uzbekistan, which was announced at a meeting with President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov in September 2017 during a visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as in accordance with the agreement between the Ministries of Culture of Tatarstan and Uzbekistan.
The annual solemn event in honor of the Day of Tatarstan will be held on October 13 at the Palace of Arts "Turkiston", where the Kazan dance ensemble will perform its bright and colorful program.
