Puppet Theater "Ekiyat" opens the 85th anniversary theater season
On September 14, the Tatar State Puppet Theater "Ekiyat" opened for the young spectators and their parents a new jubilee 85th theater season with the premiere of the performance "Cat Boots" by S. Perro, and the Tatar band opened the season with the play "Өрә белмәгән көчек" (Puppy who does not know how bark) according to R.Mukhametshin's play.
According to the tradition in the theater, before the performances for the theater's guests, a festive theatrical program in the style of the "Bremen musicians" was held with songs, dances, competitions and prizes.
From October 31 to November 5 the theater company plans to exchange tours with the Altai State Puppet Theater "Skazka", viewers of Barnaul will be able to see the performances: based on the Tatar fairy tales "Three Daughters"by A. Khairov, "Khavroshechka" by L. Savchuk, "Tsvetik- seven-color "by V. Kataev.
In the new season, the theater will release a number of new productions, among them "Princess Krapinka" by A.Shmidt, E.Gilemkhanova's staged performance, "Masha and the Bear" by G. Landau, "Yoldyz tapkan kyz" (Girl and Star) F.Jarullina, play by R. Zaydulla, "The Tale of Tsar Sultan" by A.Pushkin, the performance of L.Kozhevnikov play for the adult audience "Alfia" by I .Zainieva's play (performance dedicated to the deserved artist of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, People's Artist of the Tatar ASSR, Honored Artist of the RSFSR Alfia Avzalova), etc.
Opening the season from September 20 to 27, the Tatar State Puppet Theater "Ekiyat" will take part in two festivals: the Tatar group in the 5th International Festival of Puppet Theaters "Assalamagalaykum-V" in Aktobe, (Kazakhstan) with the performance "Taga-Chulpan, aiga - Zur "(Chulpan - the star will rise! ..) based on the play by Zulfat, directed by director, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Zinnurov. And the Russian group in the 7th International Festival of Puppet Theaters Belgorod Entertainment, Belgorod, which will present the jury and spectators the performance "Te capacious " by S. Marshak, directed by Rafael Tagirova.
As reported in the press service of the theater, the delegation included chief director, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Zinnurov, director Rafael Tagirov, choreographer, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tajikistan Guzal Mannapova, the people's artists of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalia Egorova, Ramziya Faizullina, the Honored Artists of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergei Kuznetsov, Fanzil Sabirova, Yuri Chuktyev, Gulnur Gabdrakhmanova, Dilyus Khuzyakhmetov, Tatyana Sorokina, and so on.
The festival will also be attended by: the Belorussian Theater Lyalka, the Di Filippo Marionette Theater (Offida, Italy), the Dagestan State Puppet Theater, the Moscow Regional Puppet Theater, the Gomel State Puppet Theater, the Ingush State Theater for the Young Spectator, the North Kazakhstan the regional puppet theater and others.
