In Yelabuga the IX will be held International Tsvetaeva Readings

From September 9 to 14,  the Yelabuga State Museum-Reserve together with the Yelabuga Institute of the Kazan Federal University will hold the IX International Tsvetaeva Readings "Through Every Heart ...". Within the framework of the conference, a solemn ceremony of awarding the 9th Literature Prize named after M.I. Tsvetaeva will be held.

This year the main focus of the scientific forum will be the problems of translating the works by the great poet into the languages of the peoples of the world. More than 80 people will take part in the Readings: translators from Spain, Japan, Serbia, Italy, Greece and Russia; scientists, university professors, researchers of life and work of Marina Tsvetaeva from Russia and countries of near and far abroad, museum staff, actors, musicians, poets. The scientific part of the events will be held in the format of round tables and public lectures.

An extensive cultural program is planned within the framework of the conference:

- excursion around the museums of the Yelabuga State Museum-Reserve and the Elabuga Institute of the KFU, visiting the "Tsvetaeva places";

- a poetic hour "The Generation with a Lilac ..." with the participation of the People's Artist of Russia, the laureate of the Literary Prize named after. M.I. Tsvetaeva Antonina Kuznetsova;

- musical program by the singer, poetess, laureate of Grushinsky Festival "Silver thread" Elmira Galeeva;

- creative meetings of the poet, laureate of the Literary Prize named after. M.I. Tsvetaeva in 2018 in the nomination "The Poetic Collection" by V. Kiryushin and the poetess, translator A. Barsova (Barsegyan) "On the Kama Territory, Elabuga and M. Tsvetaeva in the book" Under the Sky of the Urals ";

- Opening of the exhibition of the works by the Yelabuga Triennial of the ex-libris of 2015, dedicated to M.I. Tsvetaeva and the presentation of the ex-libris catalog "Dedicated to Marina Tsvetaeva" in the Silver Age of the Library of the Yelabuga State Museum-Reserve.
