A large cultural program is organized within the framework of the agreement between the Kostroma Oblast and the Republic of Tatarstan on trade and economic, scientific, technical, social and cultural cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Kostroma State Historical, Architectural and Art Museum-Reserve will present an exhibition "The Art of the Land of Kostroma". Its opening will take place on April 13 at 14.00 at the exhibition hall "Manege" of the State Historical, Architectural and Art Museum-Preserve "Kazan Kremlin". Conventionally, the exposition is divided into two parts: the art direction will be presented by the masters of the tapestry, and Kostroma, as the jeweler capital, is presented by the collection of the Kostroma Museum-Reserve.
On the same day at 18.00 the State Orchestra of Folk Instruments directed by Vladimir Ivanovich Sorozhkin of the State Philharmonic Society of the Kostroma Oblast will perform with the program "All the best for you". Participation in the concert, which will take place on the stage of the Tatar State Philharmonic named after Gabdulla Tukay, will also the ethnographic collective "Nerekhtsky Horn Choir" of the municipal district of Nerekhta and Nerekhtsky region will take part.
April 14, at 17.00 the Kostroma State Drama Theater named after A.N. Ostrovsky will present on the stage of the theater. K. Tinchurin play "There was not a penny, but suddenly Altyn" based on the play by Alexander Ostrovsky.
The creative delegation of the Kostroma region will be headed by the Director of the Department of Culture of the Kostroma Oblast Elena Viktorovna Zhurina.
