Announcement of the holding in 2018 contests for presenting grants from the President of the Russian Federation for development of civil society
The Foundation for Presidential Grants announces holding in 2018 of two competitions among non-profit non-governmental organizations (hereinafter referred to as NGOs) participating in the development of civil society institutions implementing socially significant projects and projects in the field of protecting human and civil rights and freedoms, presenting grants from the President of the Russian Federation on developing civil society.
Contests are held by the Foundation for Presidential Grants in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of February 19, 2018, No. 32-rp "On the provision in 2018 of state support for non-profit non-governmental organizations participating in the development of civil society institutions implementing socially significant projects and projects in the field of protection of rights and freedoms of man and citizen ".
For the purposes of conducting tenders, under NNO is construed a legal entity that is created in one of the organizational and legal forms of non-profit organizations, with the exception of a state or municipal institution, public-law company, state corporation, state company and other non-profit organization established by the Russian Federation, a subject of the Russian Federation Federation, municipal entity, state body and (or) local government.
For competition can be submitted projects of NGOs that provide for the implementation of activities in the following areas:
social services, social support and protection of citizens;
protection of public health, promotion of a healthy lifestyle;
support of the family, motherhood, paternity and childhood;
support of youth projects, the implementation of which covers the activities provided for in Article 31.1 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1996, No. 7-FZ "On Non-Profit Organizations";
support projects in science, education, education;
support of projects in the field of culture and art;
Identification and support of young talents in the field of culture and art;
preservation of historical memory; protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, including protection of prisoners' rights;
protection of the environment and protection of animals;
strengthening interethnic and interreligious harmony;
development of public diplomacy and support of compatriots;
development of civil society institutions.
The competition is open to NGOs that meet all of the following requirements:
the organization is registered not later than 1 year prior to the day of the deadline for accepting applications for participation in the tender, and in the event that the organization requests a grant in the amount of up to 500,000 rubles, not later than 6 months before the deadline for applications for participation in the competition;
the organization carries out, in accordance with the charter, one or more activities corresponding to the above-mentioned areas;
the organization is not in the process of liquidation, no proceedings have been instituted against it in the insolvency (bankruptcy) case, the activity of the organization has not been suspended in accordance with the procedure provided for by law;
the organization has no overdue debts for taxes, levies and other mandatory payments to the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, the due date for which has come in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (with the exception of amounts for which there is a legally binding court decision on recognition of the organization's obligation to payment of these amounts executed), in the amount exceeding one thousand rubles.
The application is submitted to the Fund of presidential grants in the form of electronic documents by filling in the relevant electronic forms posted on the official website at: presidentialgrants.rf.
The deadline for applications for participation in I in 2018 is March 26, 2018.
The presidential grant fund finishes accepting applications for participation in the contest at 23:30 Moscow time on the day of the deadline for applications. The information and documents received by the Presidential Grants Fund after the specified time are not taken into account and are not considered, except for the information and documents requested from the Foundation by the Presidential Grants Fund.
