Opera theatre troupe is back from tours

The opera troupe of M. Jalil Tatar academic theatre of opera and ballet has returned from tours.
During the autumn European tour the soloists, chorus and orchestra of «Tatar Opera» presented with great success in Netherland and Belgium the productions «Aida» by Giuseppe Fortunino Francesco Verdi and «Magic flute » by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Having played in general 36 performances, the artists returned to Kazan and the nearest days start working on a stationary scene.
November 29, Kazaners will see the opera by Gioachino Antonio Rossini «The Barber of Seville» with participation of Elena Maximova (Moscow), Mikhail Svetlov –Krutikov (New-York, USA) and conductor Marco Boemi (Italy).
In December the spectators will hear also the masterpieces of the world opera repertoire – performances «Karmen » by Georges Bizet (December 4 ), «Nabukko » and «Rigoletto» by Giuseppe Fortunino Francesco Verdi (December 11, 14), « Lucia Di Lammermoor» by Gaetano Donizetti (December 18, 19). The main parts in all productions perform the stars of Shalyapin’s festival, the soloists of leading theatres of Russia and abroad.
