Session of Olden times amateurs Club will be held in Evgeny Abramavich Baratynsky museum

November 25, at 16.00, a session of Club of olden times amateurs within the museum project «WHITE WAY, OR RUSSIAN ODYSSEY» dedicated to Kazan pages of Civil war and fates of residents of our city –participants of White army retreat to the East in autumn of 1918 will take place.
The session’s agenda: address by a chief of museum-memorial of the great Patriotic War М.V. Cherepanov, an architect S.P. Sanachin, a regional ethnographer G.М. Gilmutdinova , a museum employee E.V. Skvortzova. We invite Kazaners whose family history is connected with the events of Civil war and White movement to take part in the session.
Club of Kazan olden times amateurs appeared in 2004 as open community of researchers united by the interests in the sphere of Kazan regional ethnography and is reckoned as dynamically developing perspective creative union of specialists of various fileds. His members actively supported the project of Evgeni Abramavich Baratynsky museum «White way, or Russian Odyssey», having become this year a winner of VIII contest of Charity fund named after Vladimir Olegovich Potainin «Changing museum in changing world» in nomination «Museum researches».
