Tours of Tatar opera theatre ballet group commence

November 9, a ballet company of Tatar opera theatre leaves for the European tour. During the nearest two and half months the Kazanian dancers will present about 70 performances in 7 countries of the European union.
The tours begin in Norway. The first performance («Swan lake») takes place on November 11, 2011,. in city of Stavanger - an oil capital of Scandinavian country. Having performed yet in 4 Norway cities including Shien – a motherland of play writer H. Ibsen, the troupe moves to France. The performances «Swan lake» and «Futile caution » will be shown in Paris, Strasburg and Sarreguemines.
The tour route of Kazan company will go though Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The performances will take place in major cultural centers of the Old world: in Austrian Bregenz – city located on Boden lake and since 1946 hosting Bregenz music festival; in German Hanau – a motherland of fairy tale narrators Grimm brothers; in Switzerland Zurich – on stage of the famous Congress house.
The second part of tour will take place in Denmark and Holland. On January 1, 2012, the artists of Tatar ballet will dance in Amsterdam ( «Nut-cracker» in Denmark theatre ). The tours are to be finished on January 29, 2012 by performance «Sleeping beauty » on stage of other Amsterdam theatre - De Meervaart.
