Kazan Youth Theater celebrated its 85th anniversary

The celebration began in the foyer - with the opening of an exhibition telling about the history of the theater. The main event unfolded on the stage, where the director of the theater Ilgiz Zainiev managed to collect in one concert program the most talented and bright items from the theater's repertoire and the upcoming premieres.

On a remarkable date, the collective of the theater was congratulated by Rimma Ratnikova, Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Airat Sibagatullin, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan and other honored guests.

The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan presented the Gratitude from the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan to the theater collective.  The Badge of the Ministry of culture has been awarded  Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Shakirzyanova and Dmitry Yazov, the actress Gulnara Mukhtarova,  Honorary Certificate of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan for the great contribution to development of culture  Deserved  artist of the Republic of Tatarstan    Aleksei Zilber, artists Ilfat Sadykov and Alsu Gustova. Also, Airat Sibagatullin presented the staff of the theater with the keys to the new minibus. Such a long-awaited gift to the theater was presented on behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Honorary diploma from the Union of theatrical figures of the Russian Federation was given to the collective of Kazan Youth Theater by the deputy chairman of the Union of theatrical figures of the Republic of Tatarstan,  the director of the House of the actor after  M. Salimzhanov Elmira Fatkhullin. Honorary Diploma of the Union of Theater Workers of the Republic of Tatarstan were awarded to: People's Artists of the RT Mikhail Merkushin, Galina Yurchenko and Elena Nenasheva; Honored artists of the RT Guzel Shakirzyanova and Dmitry Yazov, artist Vladimir Nikitin and the chief administrator of the theater, Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation Guzel Maksimova.

"Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Kuptsov and People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Erygin were awarded with the Badge of Excellence   " For Impeccable Service to Kazan ".
