In the village of Staroe Drozhzhanoe an updated cinema hall has opened

A cinema hall with modern digital equipment рфы  opened in the Municipal Budgetary Institution "Inter-settlement House of Culture of Drozhzhanovsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan".

The cinema equipment was purchased at the expense of a subsidy of 5 million rubles, allocated in the framework of the federal program for the support of cinemas in small towns of the Russian Federation with a population of up to 500 thousand people.

Funds under the program are provided for each cinema hall in the amount of up to 5 million rubles on a non-refundable basis. An indispensable condition for a converted cinema hall is the demonstration of films of domestic production in the volume of not less than 50% of the screenings per quarter.

Thus, 12 modernized cinemas have been opened in the municipal entities of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the cinema support program implemented by the Cinema Foundation, aimed at expanding the geography of the film show in the country (Tetyushi, Agryz, Mendeleevsk, Mamadysh, Leninogorsk, Zainsk, Bavly, Chistopol, town. Jalil, Alekseevskoe, s. Muslyumovo, and Drozhzhanoe). Next year, it is planned to open 6 more cinemas.

Upon installation of new equipment in municipal cinemas, the number of screenings, the average occupancy of halls and gross collection are increasing.
