In Tatarstan, a contest of social videos "Child in the world of rights" starts - "Bala hokuk dairyasenda"

Children and young people aged 6 to 30 are invited to participate in the competition. They can present the videos both individually and as part of groups, as well as creative collectives.

The founders of the competition are the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republican Agency for Press and Mass Communications Tatmedia.

The objectives of the competition are: to attract the attention of the broader children's and adult community, state and municipal bodies and organizations to the issue of the best provision of children's rights and interests in the republic, the popularization of the rights of the child, the information and legal education of children and youth, the promotion of their social and legal activity, and legal culture, the formation of positive spiritual and moral values, as well as the development of creative abilities of the younger generation.

The contest will be held in three stages.

I stage - application (from September 10 to October 31 (inclusive) 2017).

II stage - qualifying (from  November 1 to 10 November (inclusive) in 2017).

Stage III - final (from November 11 to November 17 (inclusive) in 2017).

The jury will evaluate the works on 8 criteria:

  • compliance with the main objectives and objectives of the Competition;
  • Creativity (novelty of the idea, originality);
  • effectiveness in terms of impact on target groups;
  • laconism and informational richness of the plot;
  • unity of creative design and form of expression;
  • realism and cognition of the proposed development  and consistency of the presentation;
  • completeness of the disclosure of the topic;
  • matching  the content of the video and comment, the quality of the video.

Ten videos that scored the maximum number of points will be winners. Their authors will receive cash bonuses in the amount of 20 thousand rubles.
