The " Para-musical festival" is looking for talents
The organizers of the festival announce the beginning of the review of the items by talented children and young people with disabilities.
It has already become a good tradition that on the eve of the International Day of Disabled People in Russia the "World Para-Musical Festival" is held. It has been established in 2009, in the Year of Equal Opportunities. Over the years, representatives of more than 50 subjects of the Federation and ten countries from abroad took part in it.
In the project, whose goals are social integration, demonstration of equal opportunities of a person regardless of health restrictions, children and young people from 5 to 30 years old can take part.
The events of the 2017 festival will be held from November 20 to December 5. Applications for participation in the form of a distance review are accepted until October 1.

If the organizing committee decides positive on participation in the festival, a participant (artist or collective) and accompanying person will be provided with free transfer to the event venue and back, insurance, double accommodation with breakfast, professional photography and video shooting.
