Tinchurin Theater prepares to celebrate the 130th anniversary of the birth of Karim Tinchurin

September 15 marks 130 years since the birth of one of the founders of the Tatar theater - the great playwright, actor and director Karim Tinchurin. In honor of this significant event, the Tatar State Drama and Comedy Theater named after K. Tinchurin, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan  is preparing a series of events.

So, in the beginning of September the collective plans to visit  the homeland of the playwright - Penza region with tours. Tinchurints   will present the audience a musical comedy "A Fastidious Bridegroom" based on a play by Karim Tinchurin.  On September 7 this performance can be seen in Inderka village of Sosnovoborsky district, September 8 in Penza, and September 9 in the village of Kobylkino,  the  Kamensky district.

September 14 at the Institute of Language, Literature and Art after  G. Ibragimov of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan planns to hold a scientific and practical conference "Karim Tinchurin and the Tatar Theater." Also, on this day, an exhibition dedicated to the life and work of Karim Tinchurin at the National Museum of the Republic of Tatartsan is expected to open.

On September 15, the 130th anniversary of the birth of the great playwright,  on the Kazan Arkhangelsk cemetery  laying flowers will take place   near the memorial stela with the names of the victims of political repressions shot in Kazan in 1929-1942, among which there is the name of Karim Tinchurin. Representatives of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the theater and literary community of the republic are expected to attend the event. It is planned that on the same day in the Tatar State Drama and Comedy Theater named after K. Tinchurin there will be a solemn opening of the bust of Karim Tinchurin.

The new season,  the Tinchurin Theater will open on September 15. This evening will premiere the play "The Last Play" on the autobiographical novel "Thirty-Three Days" - the last work by Karim Tinchurin. The author of the dramatization of the drama was Ilgam Ghali. Director of the performance is Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Rashid Zagidullin. The performance will be staged for the first time in the history of the Tatar theater and promises to become a real sensation.

In addition, at the end of September the Tinchurins will go on tour to the Samara region, where they will present the play "Faded stars" based on a play by Karim Tinchurin.
