Non-profit organizations that implement socially significant projects may receive subsidies

In Tatarstan, a competition has been  launched to provide subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to non-profit organizations that  are going to implement socially significant projects.

The competition for granting subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to non-profit organizations implementing socially significant projects is conducted in accordance with the Procedure for Granting Subsidies from the Budget of the Republic of Tatarstan on a Competitive basis to non-profit organizations implementing socially significant projects approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 565 of 08.08.2017 "On approval of the procedure for granting, on a competitive basis, subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to non-profit organizations, implementing  social projects "in two ways:

1. Creating conditions for improving the quality of life of citizens. Within the framework of this direction, the competition is held in the following categories:

Increasing    availability of social infrastructure facilities;

Public participation and support of citizens' initiatives in making decisions on issues of city improvement;

Development of the socio-cultural space of municipalities,

Improving the quality of leisure and access to cultural goods;

Promoting  formation of healthy lifestyle ideology and create conditions

For active longevity;

Development of a system of continuous environmental education and public education, including  implementation of educational programs for horticultural partnerships.

2. Development of civil and political culture. Within the framework of this direction, the competition is held in the following categories:

Development of civil competencies, skills and traditions of constructive dialogue in e discussion of public and political problems;

Patriotic education of youth on the basis of a rich historical heritage; Assistance in strengthening the institution of family and family values;

Development of civil society institutions and volunteerism.

The participants of the competition can be non-commercial organizations registered in  order established by law and carrying out activities in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with their constituent documents stipulated in Article 31.1 of the Federal Law "On Non-Profit Organizations", at least one year before the date of the announcement of the competition.

Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until September 27, 2017.
