Kamal Theater to honor Republic and City Day celebrations
Within August 25-29, a month before the opening of the theatrical season, the Tatar State Academic Theater named after Kamal will show 5 performances. Traditional August shows are a gift of the Kamal Theater to residents and guests of Kazan on the Day of the City and Republic.
The "Belated Summer" based on the play by Ilgiz Zainiev will open the cycle of performances on August 25 at 19.00.The human life consists of many stages, but the result of it invariably becomes old age. Someone takes the current of time as it should, having reconciled with realities, and someone, like the heroes of a new play by Ilgiz Zainiev, led by a cheerful eccentric Halima, think otherwise ... The actors of the Tatar scene engaged in this touching lyrical comedy are Rinat Tazetdinov, Azgar Shakirov, Ravil Sharafiev, Nail Dunaev and Naila Garayeva.
August 26 at 18.00 set for the performance "Mahabbat FM". They work on the radio. He is a DJ, she is a sound engineer. They love each other, but they endure painfully for a long time to realize their feelings. The main storyline unfolds against the backdrop of rapid dialogues and scenes in the spirit of Tarantino, but without the violence inherent to the American director and scriptwriter. This performance is designed for the youth audience. The performance had been staged and widely recognized for four theatrical seasons. Tickets for "Mahabbat FM" were sold out a few months in advance. Perhaps, the festive days will give a chance for many viewers to finally see this performance.
August 27 at 18.00 - the premiere of the 110 season "In Waiting" by the director Ilgiz Zainiev. On the example of several couples awaiting children, the playwright and director Ilgiz Zainiev demonstrates the vices and virtues of our society and poses a question: have we done everything to claim the right to continue our generation for the people and humanity?
August 28 at 19.00 - the play "Without the sails." The play of the classic of the Tatar drama, the founder of the Tatar theater Karim Tinchurin "Without the sails" belongs to the most significant dramatic works in the Tatar language. This pearl of the Tatar classics, created in the genre of satirical comedy in 1926, today finds tragic features. It is about choosing the Tatar nation its way ahead of the revolution and immediately after it. For centuries, the oppressed people felt freedom, but split and failed to maintain unity.
August 29 at 19.00 - the play "The Blue Shawl". This play became a kind of symbol of the Tatar theater. Audience interest in it is has not weakened, the play gained a legendary status. The continuing popularity of the Blue Shawl, a play written back in 1926, gives rise to riddles. In order to understand the phenomenon of the Tatar theater - you need to see the "Blue Shawl", to feel it not simply at the level of a regular event but tuned in to its powerful emotional wave.
