Kazan to host International Festival of Contemporary Culture Kazan LIVE-2017 on August 20

Over the years the Kazan Kremlin LIVE festival, which is admired by Kazaners, grew, gained strength and acquired much loyal audience. Its number increased every year, reaching the total of 40 thousand people. As a result, the organizers of the fest expanded its borders and made approaches to its locations accessible to guests and spectators. The festival goes beyond the cozy ancient Kazan Kremlin, which has been reflected in its new name. This year it will take place on a large square in front of the Farmers' Palace.

The Kazan LIVE continues the tradition of its predecessor and will open its doors to the audience of all ages, from the youngest to the oldest generation. From 10 am to late evenings several venues will be open with concerts, master classes, exhibitions, creative meetings.

A special musical gift to all guests will be presented in a performance by President Kazan LIVE, People's Artist of Russia and Jazzman No. 1 Igor Butman accompanied with the Philharmonic Jazz Orchestra of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the program of the festival there will be many outstanding performers from Russia, Georgia, Israel. Worth noting are ZVENTA SVENTANA (the band was founded by the vocalist - the known singer, the finalist of show "Golos" on the First channel, the citizen of Kazan Christina (Tina) Kuznetsova, the sound producer of group is a recognized musician, the author of the project "Visitors from the Future" Jury Usachev), the vocal group of the world-famous legendary ensemble Rustavi (Georgia) and popular Georgian singer Nino Basharuli, Future Folk-project ALMA (Russia-Israel) and other artists.

This is not a complete list of Kazan LIVE participants - 2017. Jazz, rock, hip-hop, electronic collectives will perform at the festival's stages. We are waiting for theatrical plays and many other creative projects.

The organizers of the Kazan LIVE Festival are the JIVE Group production center. Traditionally, the Festival is held with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan. This year, the State Committee for Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan also supports the organization and holding of the Festival.
