Governor of Penza oblast Ivan Belozertsev thanked Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Sibagatullin for his participation in organizing and conducting the All-Russian rural Sabantui

We  remind that  the VIII All-Russian rural Sabantui took place at  the village of Sredniy  Eluzan of the Gorodishchensky district on July 22.
