The final concert of the festival "Music of Faith" will be held at the Kazan Kremlin

June 27 at 19.00 at the Pushechny dvor (Cannon Court) of the Kazan Kremlin a  final concert of the VI Festival of Holy  Music "Music of Faith" will be held. A  final chord of the festival will be the performance by  the State Chamber Choir of the Republic of Tatarstan under the direction of Milyausha Tamindarova and the folk instruments orchestra "Kazan Nuri" (art director Rasim Ilyasov) with the program "Friendship of Peoples". The entrance to the event is free.

The concert program "Friendship of Peoples" will be presented as a musical mosaic: spectators will be able to hear a ritual music of the peoples of Europe and America, Georgian and Armenian chants, Russian and Tatar folklore, Cossack songs. An African lullaby, a mix of ditties, singing in jodl technique, these and many other ethnic delicacies will be performed at a concert that will close the Festival of Holy  Music "Music of Faith".

The State Chamber Choir of the Republic of Tatarstan was founded in 2007. Artistic director and conductor - Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Milyausha Tamindarova. The collective took part in many international and Russian festivals, among them: "Nevsky Choral Assemblies", the Easter Festival of Valery Gergiev, "The Creation", the International Shalyapin Opera Festival, the Sacred Music Festival "Music of Faith", the International Organ Festival Music (Perm) and others.

The concert "Friendship of Peoples" will be held with the participation of the orchestra "Kazan Nuri" under the direction of Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan  Rasim Ilyasov. A highly professional team, is a participant of numerous competitions and festivals. The team successfully tours the cities of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Volga region, Russia and abroad -  the Netherlands, Tunisia, Germany, Italy, Greece.

We remind you that the 6th festival of "Music of Faith" takes place in Tatarstan from May 20 to June 27, 2017. The festival has been  launched in Bolgar, where a big concert dedicated to the anniversary of the adoption of Islam by the Volga Bulgaria was held. June 12, the festival took place in Sviyazhsk. The final concert will take place at the Cannon Court of the Kazan Kremlin.

Festival "Music of Faith" was established in 2012 with the goal of uniting people of different faiths, familiarizing a wide range of listeners with the treasures of musical art. The festival is held with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan and with the organizational participation of the State Grand Concert Hall named after S.Saidashev. Entrance to all the concerts of the festival is free.
