Ayrat Sibagatullin, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan has been awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the President of the Russian Federation

The awarding ceremony has  been  held today at  the Kazan Kremlin.

On the eve of the Day of Russia, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, awarded the most distinguished Tatarstan citizens with state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan

"You all represent different branches and spheres of public life. I cordially congratulate everyone on the main state holiday of the country, "he said, addressing the participants of the ceremony. - Historical experience convinces us that Russia must be strong and aspiring to the future. This can be achieved only through a hard work of each of us - in its place. Much depends on the contribution of the regions to the development of the country. "

 "Economic achievements, political stability, interethnic and interfaith peace and harmony all create favorable conditions for qualitative education, modern healthcare, multinational culture, developed social sphere, comfortable environment in the republic," Rustam Minnikhanov said.
