"Additional vocational training as a strategic resource of the region's culture"

The III International Scientific and Practical Conference "Additional Professional Education as a Strategic Resource for  Development of the Culture of the Regions" was held at the Institute of Further Professional Education (Advanced Training) of Specialists in Socio-cultural Arts and the Arts

More than 50 experts participated in its work. Plenary session consisted of four reports: "Rural musical education as a didactic phenomenon" - Alexander Makligin, "Creativity as a connecting pattern of modernization of the system of additional vocational education" - Redin Lev Vadimovich, "Vector of the formation of professional values ​​of a modern librarian" - Borodina Svetlana Damirovna and Gaptravanova Lydia Ilinichna, "Cloud technologies in the activities of the teacher-musician" – Elena Nikolaevana  Hadeeva.  Each of reports led  to a lively and content  discussion.

The work of the conference was conducted in two main directions: "Cultural identity in modern Russia: the search for new models" and "Socio-cultural potential of the system of additional education in the modernization of society" in which the same section sessions took place.

Foreign guests visited the conference. - Alejandra Caletti (Cuernavaca, Mexico) told about the genre of Mariachi in the context of the musical culture of Mexico. About the modern academic violin school of China: Liwen Zhang (Chengdu, China), together with Goptarev Vladimir Nikolaevich, the innovative (research) education as a factor improving the quality of education in his report was presented by Pham Tien Trong - teacher of Tang Chao University (Tuanquang, Vietnam) together with its head - Feoktistova Elena    issues of objective assessment of knowledge as a necessary condition for improving the learning process were described in the report by Ha ThiNha Phuong - Teacher, Viet Tri university of industry (Footho, Vietnam) and Tran Y Doan Trang - Teacher, Technology University of da Nang .Danan, Vietnam).

Following the results of the conference, it is planned to publish a collection of scientific papers. Materials of publications will be posted on the website of the Scientific Electronic Library http://elibrary.ru (contract №2706-12 / 2016K), which implies their indexation in the scientific-scientific database of the Russian Scientific Citation Index.
