KSACU (Kazan State Architecture-Construction University) summed up work-shop "Historical and cultural environment of the city. Reconstruction of public spaces of historical streets of Kazan"

In Kazan,  presentation of the student's projects of the restoration of the Hadi Atlasi Street ended V International scientific and practical conference "Cultural heritage in the XXI century: preservation, use, popularization". We  remind  that  young architects had to answer the question of how to adapt  historical corners to modern infrastructure, taking into account the interests of all parties, using the example of Hadi Atlasi. Together with the Kazan students,  the students from Volgograd, Voronezh and Samara worked on the assigned task.

"The brainstorming   has  succeeded! I hope that the most radical ideas will serve as a starting point for  revival of this historic street. The Ministry of Culture will recommend them to take into account both  the Architecture Department and investors, "said Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Svetlana Persova. She noted that from year to year the quality of project development becomes more and more interesting and convincing, and the proposed ideas have all chances for implementation.
