Concerts in three cities of the republic and free master classes for pupils and students of music schools

Tomorrow on the stage of the S. Saidashev State Grand  Concert Hall the opening of the V International Festival «L'arte del arco»  will take place. Concerts will be held in three cities  of Tatarstan: Kazan, Nizhnekamsk and Naberezhnye Chelny. In each a music premiere will sound. In the program «L'arte del arco» - the works of Vivaldi, Rimsky-Korsakov, Schubert, Elgar, Frank, Brahms, Britten, Knipper and others.

An indispensable tradition of the festival «L'arte del arco» - free master classes. The invited soloists, despite their stellar status, willingly devote time to those who are just making their first steps in music.

This year master classes will be held in children's music schools No. 5 and No. 1б  on March   16, 17 and 18 March. They   will be held by the Italian violinist Domenico Nordio, Russian viola player Ilya Hoffman and musicians of the State Glinka quartet Stepan Yakovich and Oleg Smirnov.

"It will be an invaluable experience for the children and their teachers," says art director of the Festival and Orchestra La Primavera, conductor Rustem Abyazov, "our soloists have something to share." Domenico Nordio performs  today at  the best concert halls in the world, he is a professor at the National Academy of Saint Cecilia in Rome. Ilya Hoffman gives master classes in Canada, Switzerland, France. The musicians of the Glinka quartet successfully toured the whole world. "
