February 15, 18 and 22, at the State Grand Concert Hall after Saidashev, concerts of the Second Festival of Tatar music "Miras" take place. The Forum, named after the outstanding Tatar composer of the XX century, will present the rich musical heritage of Tatarstan - works of composers - classical and contemporary ones, imbued with a unique national flavor. According to the founder of "Miras" and chief conductor of the Tatarstan State Symphony Orchestra Alexander Sladkovsky, the festival aims to popularize symphonic music of Tatar composers.
The first evening, traditionally, will include works by the founder of the Tatar symphonic school Nazib Zhiganov. The program includes the symphonic poem "Kyrlay" (based on the story by G. Tukai "Shurale"), Ninth Symphony for large symphony orchestra and suite "Symphonic Songs". Conductor - People's Artist of Russia, Art Director of the festival Alexander Sladkovsky. In the second concert program includes "March of the Red Army" by Salih Saidashev, "Volzhskaya Symphony" by Alexander Klyucharev, Concerto for Violin and Orchestra number 1 by Mansour Muzafarov and "Fantasia on Themes Uvertyura- songs by Salih Saidashev", Alexander Mirgorod. Soloist - Elena Rolbina. Conductor - Honoured Artist of Russia, People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Abyazov. On the third day, the audience will hear "Youth Overture" Luisa Khairutdinova, "Children's Suite" by Mirsaid Yarullin, "Rhapsody for Orchestra" by Renata Yenikeyeva, Concerto for Cello and Orchestra by Rashid Kalimullin, the symphonic epos "The Steppe" by Masgud Shamsutdinov and "Battle" from the ballet " The Golden horde " by Rezeda Akhiyarova.
