Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Sibagatullin and General Consul of Hungary Ferenc Kontra in Kazan summed up teamwork

Consul General of Hungary in the city of Kazan is leaving his post.

"We ere able to fulfill all our plans. In the cultural life of Kazan, we participated, and very active. Cooperation with you gave us a real pleasure, "- said Mr. Kontra.

The fact that the joint work has left only pleasant experience, has been confirmed by the RT Minister of Culture. As proof of his words he showed a sign with his name, which stores a memory of the visit of Tatarstan delegation to Budapest. "I hope, and the concert, and an exhibition that we had  organized, left a  good  trace of our people, our country. We, in turn, well-remembered performance of the Hungarian state ensemble in Kazan "- said Airat Sibagatullin.

According to the guest, in Hungary before these events knew little about Tatarstan, but now the situation is changing.

At the end of the meeting,  Airat Sibagatullin  thanked  Ferenc Kontra for the joint work and handed him a letter of gratitude.

For reference: In order to organize cooperation with the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of culture Hungarian Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly by the Consulate General of Hungary in Kazan annually  held a number of activities.

May 31, 2015, a  laureate of international and national competitions Z.Bikmullina participated in the first children's folk festival Sabantui in Budapest;

June 13, 2015, in the framework of the Days of Culture of Hungary in Russia in Kazan  a concert of Hungarian folk dance ensemble took place at the  M. Jalil  State Tatar Academic State Opera and Ballet.

September 5 to 11,  2015,  film critics Ivan  Forgach  took part in the selection committee  of the XI Kazan International Muslim Film Festival;

April 7, 2016 with the support of the Consulate General of Hungary in the city of Kazan, in the Concert hall "Vigado", in  Budapest,  a concert of masters of arts of the Republic of Tatarstan took place  with  organization of exhibitions of masters of folk arts and crafts of the Republic of Tatarstan and the photo exhibitions "Modern Tatarstan" and "Multinational Tatarstan;

June 14, 2016 under the auspices of the Consulate General of Hungary in Kazan National Theatre of Hungary took part as a special guest in the IV International Theatre and Education Forum-festival "Nawruz" with the play "Scourge of God" in Kazan;

October 26 - the opening of the Cultural Center "I Love Hungary" at the  Kazan Cooperative Institute with the support of the Hungarian Consulate General in Kazan;

From November 28 to December 3, 2016,  films "Bibinur" directed by  Yu. Feting and 'Eid al-novel," by directed S. Yuzeev took part in the festival of the Russian regional film" Trans-Siberian Express "in Budapest;

December 2, 2016 the wife of the Consul General of Hungary in Kazan I.Kontra held a master class of  Hungarian cuisine at the Cultural Center "I Love Hungary" at Kazan Cooperative Institute;

In January 2017, at  the State Concert Hall named  after Salih Saidashev opened an exhibition dedicated to the life and works of Hungarian composers (Zoltan Kodaly, Bella Bartok).
