Museum-Reserve "The Island of Sviyazhsk" has received a Grand Prix of the national competition of design of the Russian Union of Designers "Russian Victoria" for the Museum of the History of Sviyazhsk

Over   design of the exhibition at  the museum of Sviyazhsk  history,   having   received the Grand Prix  of National Competition "Russian Victoria" in  nomination  "Expo Design" had  worked  a design studio "Aibat" together with the staff of "The Island of Sviyazhsk" museum. Representatives of the group of authors  consisting of   S.A. Nasekin, designer of studios A.M. Meshcheryakov  and director of the Museum-Reserve A.N.Silkina,   who worked on the design of the exhibition, were awarded "For the development of the design project and implementation of museum exhibits   at  the complex" The island-town "Sviyazhsk".

This year the competition was attended by teams from Moscow, Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg, Voronezh.

The prize for winning  on  competition category was the silver statue of the Greek Goddess of Victory - "Victoria" made by Moscow sculptor Adolf  Neistat.

The museum at  the historical complex composed of  four buildings of state-owned facilities of the  Sviyazhsky county was created in 2012-2015,. In 2015, the President of the International Council on Monuments and Sites   Gustavo Araoz during a visit to Sviyazhsk also praised the design of the exhibition the Museum of History of Sviyazhsk.
