Minister Airat Sibagatullin inaugurated rural House of Culture at the Verkhneuslonsky district

October 28, 2016, in a village  Shelanga of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan the opening of the country club  with 200 seats took place. It  was  built in the framework of the federal target program "Sustainable development of rural areas  2014-2017 and for the period till 2020".  Minister of Culture of  Tatarstan A. M. Sibagatullin,  head of the Verkhneuslonsky district,    M. G. Ziatdinov and  village residents  took part in the event.

"That is   a long-awaited day, which was expected - today in   Shelanga    we are opening a new hearth  of culture, -  addressed  those present head of the district. - Due to the federal program and the support of the republic's leadership for a few months,  on the place of old building a  real palace, has been constructed, the contractor  did not disappoint.  It is the seventh cultural institution in the  district  built  under the federal and republican programs. Unlike   previous ones,  the  Shelangovsky HC  has been s  commissioned  "turnkey", that is equipped with modern facilities, necessary implements. Now the most important thing is that it should  not  be empty and  become a place of cultural and leisure activities for children and adults.

The Shelangovtsers were  congratulated on this wonderful event  by   RT Minister of Culture, who  noted  that the House of Culture was built with funds from the federal and republican budgets, encouraged the villagers to actively engage in a variety of hobby groups. On behalf of President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, he handed the hosts of  the House of Culture a Certificate for 100,000 rubles.

Head of rural settlement Valery Mayorov, head of the House of Culture Lyubov  Sandomirova thanked the leadership of the republic and the region for such a wonderful palace and called on residents to take part not only in  various cultural events, but also in maintaining order in the territory, where the House of Culture and Monument, a memorial to veterans of the Great Patriotic war are located.

Then  fairy-tale characters handed a symbolic key of the House of Culture to its chief, a red ribbon cut, and all those present were invited to the concert. To delight  Shelangovtsers this day with their songs and dances, a landing party of  amateur artists from the Verkhny  Uslon and Korguzy  came to them, they were joined by local talents. An exciting music performed by spouses Kireyevs, lyrical and spirited songs - "Pearl" and "Watercolor" by  Svetlana Belova, a duet "Patrikeevskie fellows," Albina Plohova, a duet couple Khikmatullins, Nadezhda Pavlova, Basil Solarium, Alia Ziganshina, performance of dance groups have become a real holiday gift to the villagers. During the concert House of Culture workers waited another surprise. On behalf of all the heads of rural settlements of the district  they were given a gift    by Lidiya Kotkova  and Olga  Mayorov,  a member of the Council of settlements, an entrepreneur  Alexei Tsvetkov also came with a gift.
