September 22, at 14:00pm, the Museum of the Canon Court holds a closing ceremony of the exhibition "Secrets of the Masters from Zlatoust".
Since May of this year, visitors of the museum-reserve "The Kazan Kremlin" had the opportunity to see the works of Russian decorative art XIX-XXI centuries, made in a special technique of printing on metal with a gold-plated, silver plated, burnished. Zlatoust style is world-famous for two hundred years of its existence.
The exhibition has presented over two hundred exhibits of exceptional artistic and historical value from the collection of the Zlatoust City Museum of Local History and companies - members of the Guild of Zlatoust armourers: premium and ceremonial bladed weapons, household items - trays, vases, cutlery, decorative plates. The pearl of the exposure became childish armor, made for the 12-year-old Crown Prince, the heir, the future Emperor Alexander II, and recognized a masterpiece of science and technology. Four years three dozen masters headed by the famous Ivan Bushuyev forged a work of art.
At the end, to learn more about one of the most unique phenomena of arts and crafts Russia, Zlatoust engraving on metal, chairman of the Guild of Zlatoust armourers Svetlana Mukomolova, Deputy General Director of "Air" Vladimir Gerasimov and director of the Center for Tourism Development of Zlatoust city district Vera Puzikova are expected.
