Big touring of Tatar State Academic Theatre after G. Kamal
From January 12 to 18 the Tatar State Academic Theatre after Kamal (Kazan) will tour at the State Academic Maly Theatre of Russia (Moscow). Already, tickets might be purchased at the theater site in section "Afisha (Poster)".
Exchange by touring between Kamalovsky and Maly theaters is being held since 2006, having become a good tradition. In the new 111th season, the Tatar theater will bring to Moscow 7 performances, including premieres of the last few years.
The tour will open on January 12 at 19.00 by a sensational premiere of the 109th season by director Farid Bikchantaev - "Hodja Nasretdin" on the works of Naki Isanbet and Saadallah Vannus. In a title role - the Honoured Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanis Ziganshin.

This is the piece that was or is going in many professional theaters, amateur groups, in all the many folk Tatar theaters. The names of the main characters have long been a household name. It's about love, the plot of a classic love triangle, familiar from childhood folk tunes.

January 16, 19.00, the play "Miracle pill" on the play by Z. Khakimov and staged by I.Zayniev. Dismissed teacher of chemistry Saifi has developed a cure for corruption and wants to spread this drug not only in his region but also across the country. January 18, 19.00, show "Bez vetril (Without sails)" on the play by K. Tinchurin, staged by G. Tshviravy. The play by classic of Tatar drama, the founder of the Tatar theater Karim Tinchurin belongs to the most important dramatic works in the Tatar language. This pearl of the Tatar classics was created in genre of satirical comedy in 1926, today acquires tragic features. It speaks about the choice of the Tatar nation of the way on the eve of the revolution and immediately after it. The premiere will take place on October 8, 2016.
