Today, the first meeting of the Board of the Writers' Union of Tatarstan held

Today, the first after the XVIII Congress of the meeting of the Board of the Union of Writers of Tatarstan has been held. The meeting was opened at the congress elected  by  majority vote  the new chairman of the Union - the Honoured Art Worker of the Republic of Tatarstan Danil Salikhov.

Members of the new Board analyzed the last convention, which in the opinion of the general public, has been recognized as fair and democratic. Comments were made about the lack of a simultaneous translation to Russian writers who participated at the convention.

The Board approved  Vice-Presidents, Secretaries  of N. Chelny and Almetyevsk offices of the Union, the Chairman,  members of the board of the reception in the  PT WU, heads of creative sections.

 The First deputy chairman of the Union of writers on creative matters  a poet Ramis Aymet, Deputy for Administration - Rasikh Sabirzyanov. Secretaries   of N.Chelny and Almetyevsk branches remained the same person - Fakil Safin and Rafkat Shagiev   have been approved.

Chairman of the receiving  board in RT WU  professor Talgat Galiullin  has been approved. The composition of the board included - Mudaris Valiev Kamil Karimov, Ramis Aymet, Ravil Rakhmani, Luisa Yansuar, Ilsiyar Iksanova, Akhat Mushinskii, Firuza Zamaletdinova.

Chiefs of sections  approved: poetry - Gazinur Morat, prose - Kamil Karimov, drama - Radif Sagdi, children's literature - Lyabib Leron, Russian literature and literary translation - Ahat Mushinskii, literary criticism - Reef Rakhman.

The  issues of  holding on  July 14  G.R.  festival  after G.R.Derzhavin, the creation of radio and television programs promoting the literary life of Tatarstan, the possibility of closer cooperation with the education sector   were discussed, according to the Writers' Union of the Republic of Tatarstan.
