Rustam Minnikhanov visited a concert of masters of the arts of Tatarstan in Budapest
President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has visited today a concert of masters of the arts of the Republic of Tatarstan in Budapest. The event was held at the concert hall "Vigado".
We remind that Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in Hungary with a two-day working visit (April 7-8, 2016).
The participants of the event have been welcomed by Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia in Hungary Vladimir Sergeev, Hungary Minister of Human Resources Zoltan Balog.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, in his turn, noted that Tatarstan-Hungarian relations in the field of culture are very important. He also reminded that Tatarstan - a multinational republic, where for centuries in peace and harmony live representatives of different peoples.
Rustam Minnikhanov expressed hope that the concert program prepared today would help to know the culture of the Tatar people. We brought you a piece of our republic, our culture, he said.
Tatarstan President addressing the participants of the event, marked also that "this visit will contribute to the development of relations between our two countries - Russia and Hungary", and thanked everyone for having accepted the invitation and are here today in this hall.
Rustam Minnikhanov expressed his gratitude to the Embassy of Russia in Hungary and the Hungarian Embassy in Russia - for their help in organizing the visit and the concert program.
Before the concert a film was shown about the Republic of Tatarstan, about the diversity of cultural traditions of the region and the peoples living on its territory.
Before the audience with creative items artists of the RT State Song and Dance, women’s female choral group of the State Ensemble of Song and Dance of RT, lady singer Alina Sharipzyanova, Aidar Suleymanov, Filyus Kagirov, the ensemble "Vorozheya (Soothsayer)", a duet Aidar Valiev and Almaz Akhmetzyanov and others performed.
