Cultural Dialogue between the Republic of Tatarstan and Moscow Region

From March 30 to April 1, 2016,  the  Delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan cultural workers composed  of 37 people participated in  the  inter-regional seminar on preservation of traditional culture and activities of cultural institutions in the Moscow region and Moscow.

The delegation  left for with  representatives of the National Center of Traditional Culture, the Institute of additional vocational training of employees of social and cultural sphere, heads of cultural departments of the executive committees of municipalities, directors of town  and regional houses of culture of municipal  regions  of the Republic of Tatarstan.

 Irina Medvedeva, Head of the Department of Folk Art of the State Autonomous Institution of the Ministry of Culture of Moscow Region "Center of Cultural Initiatives"  developed    for the participants an  interesting and varied program, which allowed the Republic of Tatarstan delegation to become better acquainted with the work of cultural institutions of the Moscow region.

In town Vidnoe of the  Moskovskaya oblast delegation got acquainted with the work of the Children's Art School, which enrolled more than 1,000 children.

The school held a round table on "Current issues in the field of culture of the Moscow Region and the Republic of Tatarstan". Opening the round table, Inga Morkovkina, Deputy Minister of Culture of Moscow Region, warmly welcomed the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan and spoke about the development of the sphere of culture in  the Moscow region. On measures of state support for  cultural institutions of the Moscow Region  Oleg Dyad'kov, Head of Department of the Ministry of Culture of Moscow Region reported.

At the round table with the presentation of "Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Tatarstan in modern conditions"  Gali  Gabdrakhmanov spoke , deputy director of the National Center of Traditional Culture of the Ministry of Culture of Republic of Tatarstan.

Farid Mukhtasar, chairman of the regional Tatar national-cultural autonomy of Moscow region, Ildar Ismailov, chairman of the local religious organization "Muslim community of the city Orekhovo-chairman of the Tatar NCA Orekhovo-Zuyevo district, spoke about his work to preserve the culture of the Tatar people. They  in addition to the Tatar national holiday Sabantui,   held a wide variety of festivals, concerts and parties. The plan for the near future is   holding  an open XIX Moscow regional music festival-contest dedicated to 105th anniversary of Nazib Zhiganov.

The round table was also attended by Alexey Seleznyov, Deputy Head of the Administration of the Leninsky municipal district of Moscow region, Moisei  Shamailov, Head of Youth, Culture and Sports Administration of the Leninsky municipal district.

In Podolsk,  Tatarstan delegation got acquainted with the work of the Palace of Culture "October". The delegation met with Russian and Tatar folk groups. An exchange of views on the work to support the culture of the Tatar people in Podolsk was held.

Issues  for Museum Development were discussed  by  members of the delegation and representatives of the Moscow region  at the State Literary-Memorial Museum-Reserve  after  Chekhov in  Chehov town,   at the  museum and exhibition complex of the Moscow region "New Jerusalem", Museum-Reserve "Dmitrov Kremlin" .

In the district Palace of Culture " Sozvezdie (Constellation)" Dmitrov town,  Tatarstan delegation met with the development of amateur artistic performances and saw a bright ensemble of song and dance, which  also  performed  Tatar folk dance. Spectacular performance of the national team of the ensemble of folk music " Dmitrov horn-players " was highly appreciated by the delegation.  Tatar folk songs  were also performed.

In Sergiev Posad   town, Tatarstan delegation got acquainted with the work of the Central City Library after  A.S.Gorlovsky  and made a tour of the Holy Trinity  St. Sergius Lavra objects, the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

In Moscow, the delegation got acquainted with the work of cultural centers "Mitino" and "Zil". Here  issues of efficiency of use of areas of cultural institutions, creating an accessible environment for visitors, the competitiveness of the work of cultural institutions, financial and economic activities  wer considered.

The learned experience  of  cultural institutions of the Moscow region and Moscow will allow members of the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan to implement it in the practice of the municipal authorities.

It   is planned a return visit of the cultural workers of  Moscow Region  to  the Republic of Tatarstan. To participate in Republican and All-Russia festival "Karavon" Russian folklore (s.Nikolskoe, Laishevsky district), the bells' chimes Alekseevskaya "(pgt.Alekseevskoe)" Spasskaya Fair "(Elabuga) best folklore teams of the Moscow region   have been  invited.

On  their return to Kazan members of the delegation met with the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Sibagatullin and during the round table spoke about the impressions received during a working visit and expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan for the organization of the trip  to  the Moscow region and Moscow.

Airat Sibagatullin noted that the practice of studying experience of cultural institutions of the Russian Federation should continue in the future, as well as the need to learn from the experiences of cultural institutions of  our multinational republic, organizing    visits  by  heads of bodies of the executive committee of culture, directors of Regional HC and Rural HC  to  municipal  districts.
