Kazan State Theatre of Young Spectator presented the premiere of plastic performance "Out of the depths ..." premiered on March 30, 31 and will be held today April 1.
International project-play "From the depths ..." (Artist Vincent Van Gogh) timed to the day of birth of the artist Vincent van Gogh.
The basis of the play constitute letters and paintings by Van Gogh (1882-1885.). During this period, Van Gogh lived in the Netherlands, in the province of Drenthe, among the rural population and the workers, who were the main characters of his paintings.
Van Gogh is the most prominent representative of the search, he is - man-sample, who wants to express through himself, through his complicated inner world. Throughout all his life, Vincent Van Gogh was burning with passion for art.
The idea of the performance - to shift the canvas and the artist's letters to his brother Theo, and friends on the plastic language through Butoh dance. This is an avant-garde Japanese style. Butoh dancer seeks to merge with nature, appealing not to reason, but to the feelings of the viewer. The emphasis on the body, a demonstration of its pliability and plasticity feature this dance.

Directed -Tufan Imamutdinov, choreographer - Anna Grarafeeva (Moscow), the artist-scenographer -Liliya Imamutdinova, composer - Elmir Nizamov, lighting designer - Ivan Mathis (France).
In June, 2015, the Kazan Theatre of Young Spectator won the grant of the charity contest "New Theatre" from the Mikhail Prokhorov’s fund to stage this play.
The project has been implemented with the support of the French Institute (Moscow), CSK "SMENA" and the center of French culture and language "Alliance Francaise Kazan".
Parallel cultural program of the project was held at the Center for Contemporary Culture "Smena", April 30, the press service of the theater informs.
